Terms

Last updated · 24 August 2026

Applies to · picoli.uk and all Picoli Games titles

01These terms

These terms are between you and Picoli Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, London, Greater London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, trading as Picoli Games. They cover our website, our games and any related services.

By downloading, installing or playing one of our games, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use our games.

02Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old to play our games. If you are under 18, you may only play with the permission of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for any purchases made on their device or payment method.

03Your account

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@picoli.uk if you believe your account has been compromised.

Accounts are personal to you. You may not sell, rent, share or transfer an account, and you may not use another player's account.

04Licence to use our games

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play our games for your own non-commercial entertainment. We reserve every right not expressly granted here.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, translate or create derivative works from our games, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.

05Fair play and acceptable use

Multiplayer only works if people play straight. You agree not to:

  • use cheats, aimbots, wallhacks, macros, modified clients, emulator advantages or any third-party software that gives an unfair advantage;
  • exploit bugs rather than reporting them, or interfere with matchmaking, servers or other players' sessions;
  • harass, threaten, impersonate or abuse other players, or post hateful, obscene or unlawful content;
  • boost, win-trade, sell accounts or in-game items, or use unauthorised third-party marketplaces;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to scrape, overload or disrupt our services.

06Virtual items and purchases

Games may offer virtual currency, cosmetic items or other digital content. These are licensed to you for use inside the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are not your property.

Purchases are processed by the app store you bought from, and their refund policy applies. Under UK consumer law you have a 14-day right to cancel digital purchases, which you lose once download or streaming of the content begins with your consent.

We may change the price, availability or in-game behaviour of items. If we withdraw an item you have already bought, and this materially reduces what you paid for, we will offer a reasonable equivalent or a refund.

07Content you create

If you submit content — a name, a clan tag, a chat message, a screenshot, a bug report or feedback — you keep ownership of it, and you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and use it in connection with operating and promoting our games.

You confirm you have the right to submit that content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or break the law.

08Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, with notice where it is reasonable to give it and immediately where the breach is serious, such as cheating or fraud. Where an account is closed for a breach, purchased items are forfeited.

You may stop playing and delete your account at any time — see our data deletion page.

09Availability and changes

Our games are online services. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may update, patch, rebalance or change features at any time. We may also discontinue a game or a service; if we do, we will give reasonable notice through the game or this website where we can.

10Intellectual property

Our games, artwork, audio, code, names and logos belong to Picoli Ltd or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

You may create videos, streams and screenshots of our games and monetise them on normal platform terms, provided you do not imply we endorse or sponsor them, and provided the content does not break section 05.

11Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Our games are provided for entertainment. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of in-game progress or items caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or GBP 100.

If you are a consumer, you keep all statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and we will announce material changes in-game or by email before they take effect. Continuing to play after that means you accept the new terms.
