Report a player

If someone is abusive in text or voice chat, cheating, or using an offensive name, tell us at support@picoli.uk with the subject Report a player. Please include:

• the player's name as it appears in the game;
• the date, time and game mode;
• what happened, and a screenshot or screen recording if you have one.

We read every report and reply within three business days. Where our rules have been broken we act on it, including removing players from our games.

What you can do yourself, in the game:

• Mute a player — open the scoreboard, tap the player, and choose mute. You stop hearing their voice, and you can unmute them the same way.
• Kick a player — the player who created the room can remove someone from it.
• Turn voice chat off completely — from the voice button, at any time. You can also refuse the microphone permission and keep playing.
• Offensive words in text chat are replaced automatically for everyone.

Before you write: quick fixes

• Voice chat is not working — voice chat works in team matches only (Free For All has none). Check that the microphone and speaker buttons in the match are green, and that the game is allowed to use the microphone in your device's settings.
• You cannot join a match, or the ping is high — matches need a stable connection. Try Wi-Fi, or leave and join a different room.
• The game runs slowly or the phone gets hot — close other apps and lower the graphics options in the game's settings window.
• Something looks wrong in the Arabic text — please send us a screenshot. We fix these quickly.

Reporting a bug

Send bugs to support@picoli.uk. The more of this you can give us, the faster it gets fixed:

• your device model and iOS or Android version;
• the game version, shown in the game's settings;
• the game mode and map;
• what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead;
• a screenshot or screen recording.

Your data

What the game collects, and what it does not, is set out in the privacy policy for Saudi Shooter. The game has no account and no sign-in: your name, settings and stats live on your device, and uninstalling the game removes them.
